tio me descargao el programa ese ,, pero POR EJEMPLO CUANDO ME BAJO UN VIDEO DE SE VA RELLENANDO EL TANTO PORCIENTO Y CUANDO SE RELLENA DEL TO ME DISE Q ME DA ERROR

yo no he usado ese programa así que no te puedo ayudar sobre eso, el método que te escrito yo funciona bien, yo lo utilizo frecuentemente y resulta sencillo, si tienes dudas me avisas.un saludo

Pasate al firefox. No tendrás los problemas que se tienen todo el rato con el Explorer y podrás hacer eso fácilmente.
